Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
The contract of purchace will be entered into by both parties (Summerhouse , Edificio Benidorm Local 5, Carretera Moraira - Calpe. Moraira. Alicante 03724).
We accept paypal payments and credit/debit card payment only.
We accept payment by 3 methods:
1. Paypal - Which also allows payment by Spanish issued Credit and Debit cards.
2. Bank Transfer - Please email us for details.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If returning an order which qualified for free delivery a €5.95 charge will be made for postage.
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you in 1- 2 business days and will advise you if an item is out of stock and give you the option either waiting for you item or cancelling your order.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Summerhouse does not store any of our customers financial or card details.
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item, please inform us by e-mail(firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone within10 working days of receipt.
We advise that you send your package by recorded delivery as we can not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during return to us.
The cost of return will be borne by the customer unless the item is deemed to be faulty by Summerhouse.
For exchanged items, or items ordered incorrectly by the customer, postage and packing (€7.00) will be charged .
We cannot refund products which are deemed unsuitable by the customer without the original packaging unless faulty or products that have been altered or used in any way.
If altering your curtains please check that they are in perfect condition before altering them. We are not liable for faults or flaws on a product after they have been altered.
Refunds will be processed within 28 days and will be refunded by method of payment. We will not accept returns if the item is unsuitable on tailor made product ( eyelets added or length/ width altered) unless faulty.
