Returns Information
At Summerhouse, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, transparent, and fair. Because many of our items are handcrafted from natural materials, our policy reflects our dedication to small-batch artisan work and the EU Distance Selling.
Before you buy – Handcrafted furniture and décor may have slight variations in colour, grain, texture, shape, or finish. These unique artisanal details are not considered faults.
We’re sure you’ll love your purchase, but if you’d like to exchange or return an item, email returns@summerhouseonline.com. You have 14 days to cancel or return your order, and items must be in original condition—unopened, with tags, in the original packaging—and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
We recommend recorded delivery for returns, as we can’t be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is found faulty by Summerhouse; we don’t offer free returns.
We can’t refund items without their original packaging unless faulty, or any products that have been used or altered. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return, using your original payment method.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can fix the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll cover the return costs.
Please note, we don’t accept returns as faulty based on small variations in colour, material, or design — these are part of the charm of handmade products from natural materials. Slight imperfections are to be expected.
